IOCトーマス・バッハ会長の「オリンピック開催のためには犠牲が必要」という発言が世界から批判の波が襲いかかっている。人類の文明の進化や人命尊重という礎の基に「平和の祭典というブランドを掲げているIOCのトップリーダーが「犠牲」発言までしても五輪を開催しなければならない事情はあるだろうが、五輪関係者や参加国の犠牲やむなし発言は、「地獄の黙示録」という負の遺産として後世に語り継がれるに違いない。IOCの収益のほとんどは放映権料収入で占めていて、しかも米国のTV局（NBC、親会社のコムキャスト）からすでに数千億円受け取っている。2032年までIOCとNBCは五輪の独占放映権の契約をしているが、独占放映権の見直しは必須だろうと考える。平昌冬季五輪のジャンプ競技の決勝が、米国の視聴率を優先したために、深夜まで続いたが、選手達は凍える体で必死に競技に挑んでいた姿が今でも痛々しい。商業主義化した五輪の利権構造を変えないことには、問題は解決しないだろう。平和の祭典が地獄の断末魔と化すのを誰が許すだろうか。五輪開催前の二ヶ月前には来日を予定していたトーマス・バッハ会長だが、緊急事態宣言中の東京に足を運ばなかったのには個人的には辟易してしまった。五輪開催で犠牲を強いる心情があるのなら、命がけで（？）勇気を持って来日するべきだった。副会長のジョン・コーツ氏も強行開催というトーマス・バッハ会長との鉄壁な上から目線での発言を繰り返している。日本政府やオリンピック関係者がCOVID-19感染の状況を意図的に情報捜査し、「悲劇的五輪」が終わるまでつじつまを合わせていく可能性はある。勘ぐればキリが無いが東京都の感染者状況の発表を午後三時から午後五時近くまで遅らせたのには、そういう開催者側の論理への忖度があるかもしれない。これも主催者側の狡猾なプロパガンダの一環とみられても致し方がない。高齢者へのワクチンの集団接種が始まったが、オリンピック終了までにはとても終わりそうもない。台湾でも感染が急激に拡大している。日本でもこの先、パンデミックがどうなるか予測がつかない。米国ではCDCが米国人の日本への渡航を禁止にした。それでも五輪開催を強行するというのはどういうことなのだろうか。在日米軍が日本に駐留して75年、イギリスの空母や今でも太平洋で多くの植民地を有するフランス軍も日本列島に集結するという異常事態となった。これは要するに戦後の国際連合の常任理事国である中国・ロシア・米国・英国・仏国の世界の支配秩序を再確認するだけのパフォーマンスにしか見えない。IOCも国連もそろそろ組織の維持に限界が来ている証拠だ。日本はただただ国連の敵国条項に記載されているだけの国連への隷属的なポジションにあることは確かだ。故に日本はもっと世界から信頼されるべく、常任理事国に忖度のない政の重責が課せられている。ワクチン外交が政治的な道具に利用されているが、勇気ある五輪撤退の決意も選択肢にあると言う覚悟をもつ指導者も見当たらない今、日本の国民は諦めるしかないのだろうか。もはや、日本の国民は外圧を介入させてよりよい選択肢を選ばなければならなくなった。COVID-19感染での緩すぎる水際対策。日本の安易な検疫システムが今後どういう状況を生むか想像できない日本政府のふがいなさには呆れるばかりだ。
