2021年東京オリンピック開催まで残すところあと約一ヶ月と迫った。東京都をはじめ国内でのCOVID-19の新規感染者数も高止まりが続いているが、緊急事態宣言状況下でのオリンピック強行開催は日本の戦前の大本営の国民洗脳戦略と酷似している。徹底した無観客開催でもアスリートの感染や犠牲の可能性は排除できない。第二次大戦中での国民への戦況の虚偽報告や戦地の状況を無視した悲劇のインパール大作戦、全国全ての都市への米軍爆撃機の被害の過小報告、ポツダム宣言無視政策などは歴史が証明している。COVID-19は戦争そのものを表している。まさに大本営は自業自得で日本や周辺国を巻き込んで第二次大戦で壊滅した。現在の朝日新聞をはじめとする大手新聞社は戦前では体制側を擁護し極右思想で戦意高揚に徹していた。日本の国体は100年前の法律が未だに現存している事からでも戦前と変わらない。マスメディアの姿勢も戦前と同じだ。それがCOVID-19感染対策への遅れに深く関わっていると私は見ている。開戦前、内閣府にあたる企画院が官民のシンクタンクである「総力戦研究所」を創設し、米国との戦争を開始したらどういう結果になるかシミュレーションをたてさせた。しかしその答えには戦慄の終末が描かれていた。現実でもその過程は歴史が示すとおりとなり日本は惨敗した。東条首相がシミュレーション結果をもみ消したと言われてはいるが、はたしてそうだったのだろうか。当時の昭和天皇は開戦推進派の海軍側の視点に立っていて米国に勝てそうだったら拒否はしないという考えだった。東条はアメリカとの開戦は難しいと天皇側近には進言したに違いない。彼は立場上天皇への忖度で開戦の道に進めざるを得なかった。
2020東京オリンピックの招致プレゼンテーションで当時の安倍首相は原発汚染水のアンダーコントロール宣言を謳い、国が責任を持って安全に開催するとアナウンスした。ところが菅首相の国会答弁では国は五輪の開催者ではないという。しかし国は深く多く関わっている。なんという矛盾だろう。元都知事である猪瀬直樹氏の名著「昭和16年夏の敗戦」が再び注目されている。というのは、もはや世間ではIOCバッハ会長の「五輪の遂行にはある程度の犠牲もやむを得ない」という公式の発言が有り、しかも五輪に参加するアスリートはコロナ感染では自己責任という考えを表明したからだ。IOCと開催誘致都市との契約関係も波紋を呼び、開催都市には不利な面が多いこともわかった。主催者であるIOCは開催時での問題には責任を負わないという理不尽な面も露わになり、この先、五輪の誘致イベント合戦は開かれなくなる可能性は高い。案の定、2032年の五輪の開催都市にはIOCがオーストラリアのブリスベンを足早に決めた。2024年はパリ、2028年はロサンゼルス、と三回分をまとめてIOCが独断で決定した背景には、1）五輪の招致合戦が激しさを増し、IOCは汚職がまかり通る国際組織の営利団体とになってしまった。2032年まで米国のNBCが一兆三千億円もの独占放映権を握っているが、放映権の公平な分配は生まれていないのは不条理だ。アスリート無視の視聴率至上主義は世界の批判の的になっている。2）1984年からIOCのスポーツマーケティングへの過度な依頼心がマンネリ化し五輪開催には不適格になってしまった。3）アマチュアリズムがプロスポーツの侵攻により、五輪の理念と意義に沿わなくなってきた。五輪のメダリストのブランド化は今後消滅する可能性は高い。オリンピックはアマチュアリズムという初心に帰るべきだ。
プロスポーツ選手が五輪のメダルを狙う光景は、IOCのブラックな正体を知った一般市民の目からは不自然に見えてくるに違いない。IOCは2032年の開催を持って近代五輪の終焉を迎えることになるかもしれない。おそらくCOVID-19の世界の感染者二億人、死者五百万人も2021年中には到達する。何度もいうが、このコロナの感染状況から見ても、五輪開催を強行するのは自殺行為だし、戦前の「一億総玉砕」と言うイメージが年配の方達には強くなっているに違いない。米国は最近まで日本への渡航禁止措置をしていたが、一段階下げたものの渡航再検討というレベルになっている。五輪での観客来日には多くの規制があり、かなりハードルが高い。バイデン大統領、メルケル首相、ジョンソン首相などは開会式には来日しない模様だ。マクロン大統領は2024年の開催がパリであることから来日しない訳にはいかない大義名分がある。厚生労働省の機関である国立感染症研究所が五輪開催中でも緊急事態宣言を出す可能性が高いと公表した。五輪関係者やVIPへの甘い水際対策や人流の激増が、さらなる感染拡大を引き起こし、「2021年パンデミック五輪、地獄の黙示録」という見出しで未来の世界史に記されることだろう。
