今年の12月8日（日本時間）は日米開戦80周年にあたるが、勝利した連合国側と敗戦した枢軸国側の戦後の立ち位置は全く変わっていないのは至極自然とも言える。個人的に危惧しているのは、今の乱れた世界秩序を牽引してくれる世界のリーダーがいないということだ。第二次世界大戦を経験した世代はあと10年もすれば、約100歳（当時20歳とすれば）となる計算だが、戦争経験のない為政者が歴史の教訓を忘れずに、常に理性をわきまえ、良き統治者となり得ているかは疑わしい。米国のバイデン大統領の支持率が急落しているが、その理由を探すのは簡単だ。

Vol.0052…『職業政治家不要論』
COVID-19の変異株オミクロンが南アフリカで発生し世界への拡散が懸念され、ワクチンの効果も怪しくなるらしい。今3回目のワクチンを打ったとしてもブレイクスルー感染もありオミクロン株に対して有効かどうかは誰にも分からない。ワクチンを三回打ったとしても、またその後何回打てば良いのか先行きは不透明だ。以前どこかの首相がようやく明かりが見えてきたという見方は一体どこから得たのだろうか。オイチミンだかオロナインだか名前を覚えるのにも面倒だ。オミクロンはギリシャ文字の十五番目に位置し、最後はオメガになるがその位置にまだ行くのだろうか。ウイルスは人類よりも古いDNAを持つと言われているが、進化では人類の先を行く彼らと人類の手打ち式の日はやってくるのだろうか。製薬会社がいくらワクチンを開発しても効果が薄いとなれば私たちは一体どういう対策を取れば良いのだろうか。今は三密を避けマスクを付け、手洗いうがいの習慣でウイルスとの共存（もはや対決している場合ではない）を探るしかない。以前ファクターXというものが話題になったが、人類側の対処がウイルスの進化・変異に追いつかない状況では、いつまでもワクチンにだけ頼るのには限界があるのかもしれない。特効薬も期待したいところだが、未だに足踏み状態だ。日本での第6波はこれから始まるとされる中、政府は十八歳未満の子供に10万円給付、非課税低所得世帯に10万円給付をする様だが、不公平感や予算の扱いで異論が相次いでいる。十八歳未満の子供のいる世帯では960万円の収入を限度として、世帯合算収入ではなく収入の一番多い人を基準にするという。5万円は現金、後の5万円はクーポン券という予定だが、クーポン券の事務費が900億円で印刷代・宣伝広告費・郵送費が主な内容だ。特に宣伝広告費などは必要なのだろうか？5万円の振り込み手数料だけで300億円だから合計すれば1200億円強の事務費と言うことになり、一律に10万円で給付するだけの額と同じになる。クーポン券の意味がよく分からないし、子供のいない世帯や所得額のラインでもらえない世帯も多いというから、これは不公平というしかない。それに、非課税低所得世帯と言っても富裕資産家もかなりいる。そういう世帯もスルーで給付すというのもおかしな話だ。今の政治家は民間から見れば遙かに高所得の上級国民といって良い。一日だけの議員生活で通信費が100万円自動的に支給されるというのはどう見てもおかしいし、日払いという法案も検討しているようだが、それなら、議員報酬制度にも手をつけるべきだ。国会議員の歳費（給与）も日割り計算で支払うべきだ。実際、国会議員の年間一人あたりにかかる経費は約7000万円という。代議士は別名、弁士とも言われる。口だけが上手くても良い政治家となる保証はない。利権や裏金で暴露されても議員特権でなし崩しにされるのが日常茶飯事になっているからだ。海の向こうでは政治家や地方の議員の報酬は少ない。兼業議員が大勢を占めている。日本の政治家の報酬は国会議員では歳費と呼ばれてはいるが、実質的な給与にあたる。その実態は日々厳しい生活に喘ぐ一般市民からみれば実に夢物語の空間となる。その報酬の額を目にすれば誰もが国会議員や地方議員を目指すわけだ。将来消滅する職業ランキングでは政治家がトップになるそうだが、彼らは正常な判断が出来ず、不見識な日々の行動と思考が失政の源となっているいま、有権者はいつまでも政治に無関心ではいられないはずだ。
政府は変異株オミクロンの水際対策として、日本への到着便の新規予約停止を12月末まで全ての航空会社に要請していたが、あっさりと取りやめてしまった。そうでなくても、一日5000人の入国者数をたった1500人しか引き下げず、3500人にしたという、全く水際対策としてはザルと言うほどのものだったからなおさらだ。そこに新規予約停止要請取りやめだから、オミクロン株が入ってくる第6波は相当な感染者の数になる危惧が生じてくる。「泣いて馬謖を斬る」ではないが、ここは我慢して邦人は例外なく12月末まで日本への入国は諦めてもらってくれた方がいいと思う。これでは、前首相の二の舞となり、日本の国体はレームダックとなる懸念は拭いきれないでいる。果たして世界の年明けは一体どうなっているんだろうか。。。

2021年12月を目の前にして、埋蔵量が豊かな石油産出国が将来の原油価格下落の懸念から、採掘量を下方修正していることから原油の価格が上昇し、世界のマーケットでは右往左往しているが、それには各国の政治的思惑と国家的戦略が見え隠れしているのは、誰の目から見ても明らかだ。個人的に考えているのは、果たして原油採掘量の下方修正は産油国の思惑だけなのだろうかという点である。産油国から輸入している国の石油備蓄量を一部放出して価格の上昇を防ぐという一時しのぎ的な短絡思考では、かえって産油国の反発を招き、更なる石油価格の上昇に繋がるという当たり前の発想はないのだろうか？米国は秀でた石油の産出国だったが、もしかして輸出より輸入に依存しているのではないだろうかという疑念が先に立つ。バイデン大統領の石油備蓄放出案は、一部報道では支持率アップの為の戦略とも言われている。日本は石油備蓄の放出の余力はないはずだ。米国の傀儡的な国体なのだから仕方がないが。今現在私たちが暮らす地球は間氷期だという人もいる。正式には「完新世間氷期」と言い、今から12000年前、それまで250万年の間続いた更新世最後の氷期が終わると同時に始まった。氷河期と氷河期の間に囲まれた比較的気候が温暖の時期で、私たちはこの地球に棲まわされていたわけだ。人類史の有史の始まりと言えば中国4000年とかエジプト5000年とかが共有された知識だが、その有史とやらとの決別もそう遠くない未来に到来する日がくるかもしれない。今の世界の情勢を見ると、今世紀に入っても人類はとても進化しているとは思えない。映画の「2001年宇宙の旅」「スタートレック」の未来は20世紀の時代では全て可能だと思ってはいたが、そうは問屋が卸せないという状況になった。話は戻るが、原油の大元は何億年もまえからの生物の死骸が海底に堆積され、地中で化学反応を起こして出来たものなので、未来永劫無尽蔵に採掘出来るものではない。ピークオイルは石油が枯渇する時期を示すものだが、今世紀中には訪れるに違いない。化石燃料がCO2の原罪だという確証はない。ノーベル賞受賞者が論じてもそれが正しいという保証もないのだ。例えば人類が吐く息だってCO2で、ゲップやオナラだってCO2だ。100億人にせまる人類の排出するCO2だって馬鹿には出来ない。太陽の寿命もいつまでなのかも気になるし、一番懸念されるのは、人類の放漫と無節操な地球資源の食い潰しで、排出権ビジネスがそれに輪をかけて、混迷の地球温暖化を助長していくことだ。スウェーデンのグレタという少女が、環境問題に取り組んではいるけれども、反対運動やデモだけで解決するほど、人類は進化していないのが現状だ。

コロナ禍の前に上野で三国志展を見て以来久しぶりに、 ゴッホ展を鑑賞しました。 聖職者志望だった人が後に独学で十年間孤高に制作に挑んだ軌跡は貴重ですね。 生前では弟のテオに生活の面倒を見てもらい、 生活苦との戦いの中さぞかし大変だったんでしょう。 作家なら生前で有名になり、一財産を築くといった現代の風潮には付いてはいけない者としては、 いわば落ちこぼれと言われても仕方がない。 生きているうちに納得のいく作品を作り、後世に残していくというスタンスは、 バンクシー氏にとっては余計な事なのかも知れないが、 人生100年には限りがある。 いまは誰にも言う気がしないが、 作家や芸術家は500年くらいのスケールでもって望むべきだという 心の中の毅然とした気持ちはある。
私が美大を卒業して数年プロダクションに在籍した後、
就職した銀座の某広告代理店は、
まだ業界ではメジャー的な規模ではなく、
世の中がまだオイルショックの後遺症を帯びた疲弊した経済状態の時だった。
入社試験の時の面接では創業者の社長を目の前にして、
生意気な事を言った記憶がある。
面接時間を自分勝手に要望した私にも非があるが。。。
当然、社長は私に対して「生意気なヤツ」と思ったに違いなかった。
数日後、ダメだと思った矢先に二次面接の通知ががあった。
当日元陸軍中野学校OBのその社長はニコニコしながら、
私の分厚い調査書を手にしながら、
「君はいったいいくら年俸がほしいのかな？」
と私に言った。
「だいたいこれくらいがよろしいかと・・・・」
ちょっと高めの額を提示してみた。
「そんなもんでいいのかね？」
「・・・・・・・・・・・」
私は度量の大きい社長の前に、終始無言でその場を凌いだ。
付き人の女性秘書は私に笑みを浮かべた。
社長はニコニコしながら何も言わずに秘書とその場を後にした。
その後面接関係者から銀座から吉祥寺までのタクシー代を渡された。
その会社には25年間お世話になり、
30歳の誕生日を機に銀座の和光ビルの裏にある（今は閉鎖）
玉屋画廊で個展を開催した。
退社してからも2代目のご子息家族とはお付き合いを続けている。
銀座の街は汐留界隈と連動している。その賑やかさと街の淑徳性には魅力がある。
電通が聖路加タワーの仮住まいから、汐留の本社ビル完成を待って東証に上場した。
ADK（朝通・第一企画）、
業界のビッグスリーの誕生だ。
このころにニューヨークの同時多発テロが起こったのは良く覚えている。
その後、勤務先は経営状態が悪化し、IT企業に身を預ける事になった折、
多くの社員が去って行った。私もそのうちの一人だが、
アットファミリー的な社風で美人社員や高学歴の人材がどんどん集まり、
一時は業界でベストテンに数年間名を連ねる勢いではあった。
銀座の街はそのときから少しも変わっていない。
十数年銀座の流通関係のお仕事を単発でさせていただいたが、
今が潮時と思い先月勇退した。
かれこれ銀座には40年ちかく住み着いたことになる。
銀座のクラブのママさん達や画廊の人々はいまでも逞しい。
尊敬できる方は多々存在する。
銀座はいつまでも私の家族で有り、自分の庭のような気がする。

GoogleのブログサービスBloggerをご存じでしょうか。
以前はOperaサイトでブログサービスがあり、
500人ほど海外からの読者がありましたが、あえなく閉鎖。
いま日本の国内で参加できるブログサービスはこのほかに、
WordPressがありますが、全て英語なので敷居がたかく訪問者も少ない。
SNS全盛時代に何故それらを利用しないのか疑問をお持ちの方が多いと思いますが、
1）閉鎖的な空間で個人と個人との無法地帯的な関係が、
多くの犯罪の温床を生む下地を作っている。
2）基本的に個人情報と引き換えで便利に無料でアプリを使用できるが、
個人の基本情報の漏洩が韓国や中国、米国、欧州の海外まで及ぶので危険であること。
3）いくらSNSで匿名で発信しても、運営会社のサーバーで捜索されれば、
すぐ情報が表沙汰になり、完全にオープンになる。裏アカウントはすぐ解明される。
などの観点から常にオープンな空間を目指すMoyurupen Gateでは、
ブログ・メルマガ・YouTube以外のSNSサービスには参加しておりません。
近況：
Bloggerでは米国、日本、ロシア、ドイツなどからのご訪問が多いです。
ブログの日本文をGoogleの翻訳で英文にしていますが精度は高いです。
ただ固有名詞には充分推敲の余地があります。
和英は精度が低く出来るだけ避けてください。

Vol.0050…『21世紀倭国ニッポンの国体見直し論』
倭国と言う国名は中国が日本を侮蔑的な意味で捉えたものではあるが、今の日本の為政者達を見るとあながち排除できないことがうかがえる。そう言われても仕方がない状況にある。劉備玄徳の軍師だった諸葛亮孔明は、大切な部下の馬謖を不条理な件で大義のため斬りつけた。今の日本を見ていると個人的に「泣いて馬謖を斬る」という思いが募ってくる。三国志で有名な曹操の死後、その子息である曹丕（そうひ）が後漢の最後の皇帝劉協（皇后は曹操の娘曹節）から玉璽を禅譲され初代魏王朝の皇帝に就任した。倭国（ニッポン）は魏王朝（220年～265年）から「親魏倭王」の金印を賜っている。朝貢外交はすでに卑弥呼の時代から始まっていたようだが、当時日本には国家の史書なるものは存在しておらず、歴史認識においては「魏史倭人伝」での邪馬台国の客観的な内政報告に頼らざるを得なかった。日本の国体の歴史は大和朝廷から始まるが、天皇家主体の国体精神は今日まで続いている。戦前の君主天皇制から象徴天皇制に移行して、国会の大臣任命式では天皇が関わっていることからみても日本の戦後の国体では、昭和天皇とマッカーサーとの十数回にわたる会談からみて皇室の安泰が最優先されたと言えなくもない。朝鮮戦争の影響で日本は神武景気に浮かれ、もはや戦後ではないという妄想を抱いてしまった。日本の戦後経済復興はなんらかの犠牲の上で成り立っていた。今更批判しても無意味だが、岸信介氏はA級戦犯で死刑の予定であったが、直前で刑を免れた理由は今もって闇の中だ。今で言う日米での司法取引という手法だったかもしれない。彼は総理大臣という座を射止め岸一族の名をほしいままにした経緯がある。佐藤栄作氏・安倍晋三氏はまさしく岸一族の一員だった。今の習近平皇帝が治める中国は21世紀になっても、発展途上国という優遇策に甘んじ、英国からの香港返還後、50年間の一国二制度の約束をしながら27年前倒しでそれを反故にした責任は非常に重いといえる。中華人民共和国は1971年に中華民国と入れ替わり、国際連合の常任理事国となったが、この背景には米国側が中国側と妥協性を帯びた戦略的互恵関係を築こうとした疑念が湧いてくる。米国には中華人民共和国の経済を安定させてあげれば自由主義国のような民主化促進に拍車がかかるだろうという甘い見通しがあったが、案の定それは失敗に終わった。毛政権では文化破壊大革命で数千万人の民を殺め、貴重な伝統的文化をも闇に葬った。習政権では再度それを行おうとしている。まさに時代に逆行する。そういう一党独裁国家を経済的視野で自由主義の枠内に引っ張ってきたツケがいま世界は背負わされているわけだ。中国大陸では歴史が再び繰り返されることを多くの民は待ち望んでいる。1970年代でのニクソン政権と毛沢東政権での水面下での太平洋二分割構想は今でも生きているとみている。周恩来とキッシンジャーの会談では日本の隷属化と弱体化案が練られていたようだが、現在の米中対立の裏では堅い結束があるはずだ。歴代の米国大統領と中国政権が刺しちがえるというのは現実的ではない。大量の米国債を所有している中国が米国との戦争をするわけがないのだ。国際連合にとって敗戦国ニッポンは未だに敵国条項扱いとなっていることから、プレトンウッズ体制が終わっても未だに形を変えて世界秩序が形成されていることがうかがえる。日本の国体を良くしていこうと考えるならば、倭国ニッポン人はそういう冷徹な視点で見る覚悟が必要だ。先の衆議院総選挙を見ても日本の為政者達には良識の自覚が欠如し、有権者の民主主義嫌悪（選挙投票への無関心が良い例だ）が相互に作用し、戦後の日本では議会制民主主義が体を成していない事が分かった今、新たな日本の国体の見直しが必要とされていることを認識すべきである。そうでもしなければ日本の「日出る国」の復活はあり得ない。
