2022年7月8日は日本という国が世界に歴史的汚点を残した日になった。日本の首相経験者が選挙演説中に凶弾（暗殺）で亡くなってしまった。現職議員では戦前、226事件での高橋是清氏、515事件での犬養毅氏らが殉職して以来のことだ。未来の歴史書では0708事件として記されているかもしれない。加害者は元海上自衛隊員で戦前に照らせば元軍人とも言えるポジションにある。一般的には一度自衛隊に所属すれば除隊しても予備役兵として生涯日本や国民への防衛義務はあると思われている。加害者の家族の崩壊と母親の新興宗教（旧統一教会）への過度な献金で経済的な苦境が悲劇を生んだのが主な動機と思われる。加害者は自己破滅の原因が母親にあるが、彼女が旧統一教会の妄信的な信者になり、家が破産しても莫大な献金を続け、扶養すべき子の経済環境を破壊したことによる旧統一教会への怨念が、それに群がる政治家への不信感を芽生えさせた。安倍元首相は母方の祖父の頃から三代にわたって旧統一教会との蜜月が続いていた事実は隠せない。旧統一教会が名称を変えてからも、安倍元首相は旧統一教会に敬意を払い続けていた。そのことは山上容疑者が安倍晋三氏を標的にするしか術が無くなった起因と推測する。山上容疑者の鑑定留置が11月29日まで続けるようだが、事件の動機付け・弾丸の行方と有無の謎・複数犯の可能性・単独犯の確定証拠・病院と警察の解剖結果の矛盾・政治家と旧統一教会の深いつながりと忖度・安倍元総理の死去による権力闘争への影響など、公判になったら分厚い論告求刑が必要だが、弁護側の逆襲も充分あり得る。精神鑑定の結果刑事責任能力が無く不起訴になる可能性はゼロでは無いが、要は事件の真相がどこまで明らかになるか世論は注視している。参議院議員の青山繁晴氏がご自分の運営するyoutubeのチャンネルで不可解な「消えた銃弾」の動画を発信したが、四十万回近くの再生回数に夕刊フジがそのことを記事で公にした。JFK事件にも似ている疑惑の凶弾の行方は、単独犯だけの捜査となるのか、それ以外の捜査に拡大させるのかは不透明だが、いずれにせよ事件の真相究明は始まったばかりだ。政権与党の多くの政治家が旧統一教会との深い関係が直接的な事件の起因ともなったこの事件は世界に恥ずべき事と思わなければならない。自民党を中心とした100人以上もの議員が、旧統一教会との関係を正当化しようとし、常識・非常識の判断力を消失したうえ、正義・不正義の違いも分からなくなっている状況は、世界の世論から見れば異常としか思えない。日本は日出る国といわれるが、海底深く沈んだ国とも思われている。日本は唯一の被爆国でありながら核兵器禁止条約に反対する姿勢は、敗戦による米国の核の傘への忖度に他ならない。小手先での日本国憲法の改正は国民の賛成多数だけで可能だという政治家の認識は甘すぎる。戦後の日本国中には米軍関係だけでも100以上の治外法権の地政学的な施設や基地があり、戦後80年近く経っても未だに制空権を認められず、米国からは自治権を与えられているだけで日本は独立したと勘違いをしていないだろうか。日本の民間の航空機の飛行ルートに制限がかけられているのを見ても一目瞭然だし、特に沖縄の基地問題はいくら日本の政権が変わっても未来永劫解決しない状況にある。政治家の甚だしい劣化現象が日本国民への生活への被害や良識の喪失を加速させているのは見逃すことは出来ない。戦後与えられた民主主義を歪曲化し、国民を間違った方向に誘導していく為政者の権力闘争は、日本の悲劇を生む歴史的な負の遺産の起因ともなりえる。半世紀における原子力発電事業は半官半民での国策でもあったが、2011年の原発事故で最高裁は東京電力の幹部4人に13兆円もの損害賠償を命じるという常軌を逸した判決を出した。現実的にどうやって賠償するのか。日本政府には責任は一切無く民間電力会社に全てを押しつける構図を見ていると、日本はすでに法治国家の資格は無いように思える。安倍元首相襲撃事件でも、病院側と警察側の鮮明な食い違いに世論は疑いの目を向けている。旧統一教会と国家公安委員長の関与が発覚し、政権担当の派閥のトップ細田議員が堂々と旧統一教会の講演に参加し政治的な面でも深く関与して実態を見ても、日本はもはや無法地帯に化したと世界に表明したことになる。これは日本国民の良識に対する侮辱に他ならない。
